A charming, intensely aromatic, blended Champagne. Depending on the vintage, composed of 60% Pinot Meunier, 10% Pinot Noir and 30% Chardonnay. An accurate reflection of our vineyards, where all 3 varieties are represented in our 8 crus, covering the varied terroir of the Vallée de la Marne, the Côte des Blancs, the Sézannais and the Côteaux du Petit Morin.
Pure Chardonnay, this Blanc de Blancs combines finesse with elegance. Accord de Blancs is a blend of our two vast Chardonnay terroirs : the Grands Crus and Premiers Crus of Cramant, Chouilly, Oiry and Cuis in the Côte des Blancs, and the Saudoy and Barbonne-Fayel vineyards in the Sézannais.
Extrait de Noirs (English meaning : « Black Extract ») is a Saignée Rosé Champagne originating from a single plot of Pinot Meunier. The plot called “Les Thiercelieux” is located in Bergères-sous-Montmirail, where this vine has flourished for over 50 years in clay-limestone soil. The soil is carefully tended to encourage it to express its unique terroir. This Champagne is elaborated only in favourable years: extremely healthy grapes and optimal phenolic maturity.
